OSC was established in Florida in 1980 as an international consulting firm specializing in the development of basic infrastructure projects in Latin America financed by international financing agencies. In the late 1980’s and in view of the worldwide trend toward environmental conservation, OSC formed strategic alliances with various consulting engineering firms in order to develop and implement environmental and basic infrastructure projects financed by Japan’s Overseas Development Assistance Program. As the needs of our Clients and markets have changed over the years, so have our services. OSC now provides services worldwide in the environmental, transportation, energy and real estate development sectors with financing from a variety of multi-lateral, bi-lateral and private financing entities.

OSC’s experience and knowledge have been obtained by successfully executing projects with a team of professionals dedicated to providing quality and efficient professional services. OSC’s professional services can be grouped into Engineering & Construction and Management & Finance. We provide multidisciplinary solutions and industry specific expertise to each Client’s concerns.
